I hate anime situations like this. They are so incredibly stupid. The overly large breasts compared to the other girls with extremely small ones creates emphasis but when done repeatedly, become cliche. The girl with the curious look on her face. "What's this?" is what she is most likely thinking in the context of the drawing. Such stupidity and overall lack of character intelligence is one hampering of many animes like this. The girl blushing while looking at the "camera" is overdone and just makes the whole scene twice as awkward as it would be. And unless the homoerotic overtones are a main plot point, they exist for no reason but to give men sexual fantasies.
In conclusion, this picture sucks, and it doesn't turn me on at all.
EDIT: Also note the sharp tooth on the far left girl and the heart at the end of the green hair. Such details are trivial but affect the overall design of the picture.
