Obviously they shouldn't be available right off the bat, but as purchasable bonus tracks.

At this point, it'd be stupid to try to put them on the disc. :P
However, it might not be a bad idea to release them as downloadable content...
Maybe if you can prove you own the game, you can download those songs to your system free.
Otherwise, you'd have to pay. :P

They could use the Wii technology to see if ou had Guitar Hero 3 data saved, no that wouldn't work.... Myabe you'd have to have to get a certain in game code or soething i don't know now I'm confused

I believe that the downloadable content would become save data, and whenever the system loaded the memory, they would appear. :P
