I got my PC back with internet, but there so many things removed from it...
-I can't see the windows that usually pop-up when putting the arrow over a word. I can't publish documents now.
-I can't listen to music. The speakers seem to be totally mute.
-I can't watch videos in Youtube.
-MSN was removed and I don't know how to re-install it again.
Please, anybody here can help me with these problems? :(
First one doesn't make sense.
Second one, you need the drivers for your sound card.
Third, you need flash player.
Fourth, go to Microsoft's site.

When, for example, I highlight "Publish," another window appears besides it with several options.
The arrow is actually called the "cursor".

Sorry. I don't know much about computers.
2. Install sound card drivers, make sure speakers are enabled in Sound Manager.
3. Install Flash.
If it's a new computer, make sure it can handle speakers running off its power supply.
They might need to be plugged into the wall instead.
Just hit it with a hammer untill it starts working again.
