Title: Clones Vs. Character Representation
Post by: Rayquarian on March 17, 2009, 05:02:47 PM
Would you be willing to accept a bunch of new characters into Brawl if you knew all of the characters would be clones of existing characters.  Would you prefer a lot fewer new characters with original movesets?

Clones just ruin it. I would go with the few new ones.

clones are never the answer.

if there has to be some sort of representation of the character either make it a brand new character with a new moveset or make them into an alt costume.

I just wish brawl was melee with online and more original characters.

I honestly would not care. I have always been better with the clones. (Or part clones). Example: I'm better with Luigi than I am With Mario. I am also better with Dr. Mario than I am With Mario. Same with Pichu and Pikachu, and Lucas and Ness.

Original Characters would be awesome too. CLASSIC MARIO 4 BRAWL 2

Clones are fine. As long as there aren't too many of them.
But clones like Dr. Mario and Pichu are just pointless. Dr. Mario was almost an exact clone, and Pichu is just a weak Pikachu.

I would like more characters in BRAWL even if they're clones; the more the merrier, and it's not like we'd be losing anything.  HOWEVER, I would only want this as an EXPANSION of BRAWL; I want ONLY UNIQUE MOVESETS FOR EVERYONE in the next actual game.

The only clones I like are the ones that change to characters style. Gannondorf=Slower, powerful captin falcon. Toon link=Faster more agile link.

I even hate those  clones. WE NEED MORE CHARACTERS NOT JUST NEW STYLES TO OLD ONES!!!
