List the ones you can think of here.

As for mine:

Allow GCN controllers to control the Wii Menu, in a similar way to the Classic Controller (so I can actually play a GCN game without connecting a Wiimote...)
Allow simple USB flashdrives and possibly USB external harddrives to store saves and stuff in a similar way to SD cards, maybe even be able to boot channels off the ones that are USB 2.0
If it's possible, add a couple GCN-playing features, like Classic Controller and HOME menu (I'm not sure if it's possible, since I know I read somewhere that at least the Wii discs are booted with complete control over the Wii and that no updates can affect gameplay for Wii games)
Also for Gamecube, make an option to treat the Wii system memory as a GCN memory card. Either by making a single file contain all information of a single memory card, or make each GCN game have its own entry in the gamesaves list alongside Wii games. Of course also keep the option to only use physical memory cards.

I totally agree. The small things can make such a huge difference. With those features it would make life so much easier.

Oh, this would be cool. I hate having to use the Wii Remote, then switch to GCN right after. It's a waste.
Being able to go back to the Wii Menu while playing a GCN game would be nice, too.

As in, being able to watch DVDs. IT'S NOT THAT HARD SINCE IT USES A DVD DRIVE ADFSGHDFN
