I've decided that I'm a bit chubby today, and I need a bit more muscle.
Are there any workouts there that don't require exercise tools?
A work our comprised of push ups, squats, just that kind of thing?

From position 1 (6 inches above the ground), position 2 (2 feet or so above the ground), and position 3 (legs perpendicular with the ground).
Do this for much longer than when it starts to hurt. I recommend do it in between commercials on TV, for the entire commercial length. Going from 1-2-1 over and over is painful, but so is just staying at 1. Never stay at 3 for any longer than 3 seconds.
Someone can throw a ball and you can catch it and bring it back to the thrower.
Not smoking and no drinking helps.
