I use StumbleUpon. I get the news eventually :P
I have stumble...but barely use it.
Google and Yahoo both give me good news stories, so I stick with em. Digg is useful too.
I just find it. Usually it's in a thread on some forum.

I don't care about regular news, booooooring. When I log in to Yahoo I get a little news :P
But for entertainment news I usually just use the TMZ app on my iTouch.
