What are some of your favorite Nintendo tunes?
There are way too many to pick from, but I have a few in mind.
Dr. Wily's Stage 1 in Mega Man 2 is very catchy. I always find myself humming to it. ^_^
The theme playing in Majora's Mask when you only have five minutes left. It changes the mood as soon as you hear it, and is just an awesome song.
The boss theme in Ocarina of Time was always one of my top favorites.
Bomb-omb Battlefield was always catchy for me as well.
And the Corneria theme in the original Star Fox has a nice sound to it, too. Brawl's remix of it was also very nice. :)
I love most of the Ocarina of Time "ocarina" songs, specifically:
Song of Time
Epona's Song
Zelda's Lullaby
Saria's Song
And, of course, The Song of Storms
In fact, I've learned how to play the Song of Time, Epona's Song, and the Song of Storms on the piano.
Most Star Fox music (Star Wolf Themes, Fichina) and Rundas' Theme are up there. I also love the SSBB main theme. Oh, and MK's Revenge. Yeah...

So tunes many I was forgetting.
Can't blame me, I haven't slept yet. :|
Yeah...but some are out there. Most SF fans ignore Fichina simply because it was in Assault.

these, as well as most ocarina songs (specifically Forest Temple). Also:
Anything from Mario 64
Dr. Wily castle 1, Airman, Sparkman, Elecman, and Snakeman from Megaman games
Mario Bros. theme
Star Wolf from SF64 (CAN'T LET YOU BREW THAT STAR BUCKS!)

Anyway, the n64 games have the best music.
too many Zelda tunes to list, also I like Skytown in MP3
Paper Mario music hands down, even the subpar SPM had fantastic music.
Metroid music would be next
Paper Mario had awesome music. I've always been partial to Star Fox and Fire Emblem music. And of course, Zelda songs. Most of the Boss music in Metroid games, more specifically MP3. Also, the music that plays when you face some of the Legendaries in Pokémon, particularly Dialga and Palkia's themes.

I loved Crystal King and his palace. They need to go back to rpg style.
Chill - Dr. Mario
Also: Mom's Hometown - Mother 3
And: Pink Cloud Shrine - Mother 2
Another: Dark World Mountain - ALTTP

yeah, the music from that entire snow area was amazing. Yoshi's Island was awesome also. Just about every song form the original was amazing actually.
In TTYD I thought Lord Crump's theme and Rogueport were the best, and SPM I really enjoyed the "Soft Light" music.
...please don't make me choose my favorite Nintendo tracks. It's like narrowing down which child I like most. =|
Zelda FTW.

I really like Cortez's island. Not the music so much but the area. Paper Mario was great until they went sidescroller.
yeah I agree. AS far as favorite levels......Excess Express was pretty awesome.

SMORG!!! Yeah the train had an eerie feeling to it. I love haunted levels.
Tubba Blubba's chapter was sweet, so yeah I guess haunted levels are cool lol.
tbh I think I loved every single chapter in the original, with the exception of the Koopa Bros. fortress (although I loved the actual boss fight).
Super Mario Sunshine - Ricco Harbor
Pokémon Platinum - Cyrus Battle, Dialga/Palkia Battle
Super Paper Mario - Gloom Valley
Twilight Princess - Hyrule Field
And some others. ;)
Paper Mario (first two) and most of the music from all of the main Pokémon games.
Oh, and this is definitely my favorite of all time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RyfDcD8eUdc

Megaman is Capcom.
Wat. Nintendo made the music for it?
I like Big Blue... And <3 all of the songs in Zelda. <3
Definitely OoT's ocarina songs. I've figured out their basic structure.
the mario theme
Eh...most of them are pretty awesome, but the Star Fox and Mario and Zelda are the best, IMHO.
Space Invaders
Tetris themes A and B
