The report gave no indication why the dog was taped to the refrigerator.
Maybe he needed to cool off. :P
But seriously, why own a dog if you're going to do that kind of stuff to it? :|

But yea, some people are vagina cleaning device bags and would do stuff to their dog(s), but not me.
