Bit of an overabused topic, but hey.
Do you regularly get your minimum of 6-6.5 hours of sleep...or the recommended 10? I rarely get 10, but usually I get the bare minimum. Lately though I've had some serious sleep issues - can hardly get 3, and it really sucks.
How long do you sleep?
Depends if I take my sleep medicine. If I do then I can sleep for 8 - 12 hours(Helz yeah) and if I don't it's an uncomfortable 3 - 5.
I get around 5-6.5 hours of sleep.
Most of the time it's 5. It sucks, I have sometimes have a hard time falling asleep sometimes.
When that happens, I'll be laying in bed for three hours before I finally fall asleep. The next day, I feel like utter poop. ;-;
Um, it varies. Last night I think I got maybe 2 hours of sleep, and then I fell asleep for 4 hours in the afternoon.
Normally I go to bed around 12:30 or 1, wake up at 10:30 or 11:00...if I don't have class in the morning.
7 on weekdays, about.
I tend to not sleep enough during the weekdays.
Or I sleep too much.
I usually get 6 hours of sleep, but if I want to play my DS late, I don't.
The recommendation is 10 hours?! I've been getting by with just 6 since 8th grade! I am feeling more tired this week, but only because I've been up later than usual.
10 for people still developing...meaning males until 21 or so. Then it drops to 8ish.
I've had some SERIOUS sleep issues lately. I usually get around 7-8 hours a day, which is fine. But the bad part is I only sleep 4-5 hours at night, come home tired, and then have to sleep 2-3 hours. So I waste alot of the day.
I got 45 min of sleep Sunday night, five Monday night, and two last night. So I got the recommended for one day in three days. :)
I get 5-6 hours... It sucks to be honest. I want more but I can't afford that right now, unless I make some sacrifices...
I SHOULD be in bed right now. :D

Sounds a lot like me. I end up taking naps after school :\

Same .-.
I get 4 hours of sleep a day.
12 on the weekends to make it up :P
I average out 7-8 hours when I go to sleep at normal times. If I stay awake for most of the night I will sleep for 8-10 hours, unless I have plans that day, then it varies.
I don't sleep. I hibernate.
Not enough.
I sleep about 6-7 hours. :P
In all actuality it's been proven that on average people that sleep 6 hours a day live longer than those that sleep 10. I get like 6 1/2 hours.
I get about 7-8 on weekdays, 10-12 on weekends. I used to get like 5-6 on weekdays, but I decided to sleep more as opposed to doing homework. Miraculously my grades have stayed the same. :O
4.
4 hours of sleep.
After the hospital, I'm supposed to be in bed by 10 and it sucks :(
I've been getting at least 8 the passed few weeks though surprisingly
I don't get nearly enough sleep. It ranges from 4 and a half to 7 and a half hours, generally on the shorter side of that.
Speaking of sleep, I need to do that now- I have a performance tomorrow.
I usually get 3 hours. Sometimes I'll get 4 if I'm lucky. On special days, like the night before a trip/event, I get less than 2 hours of sleep.
It all comes back to hit me in the face though because I'll randomly get fatigue every month and then sleep from 5PM to 1AM the next morning. And thus, the cycle repeats.
Usually 6 on weekdays
Around 4-5 on the weekend
When I have to get up for school in the morning, usually 6-8 hours of sleep.
On days when I don't have school the next morning, I can usually get around 12 hours of sleep. ^_^
I usually get roughly 6-8 hours of sleep on the weekdays, but even then, I still feel tired. I can go anywhere from three hours of sleep to fifteen on the weekends.
6-10. Depends if I have school the next day, or if I had friends over.
On a random note, why do parent force their children to bed? It's not like they'll be able to sleep or anything. Every time my mom did that, I'd just lay in my bed until I usually went to sleep.
Entirely depends. Weekdays, 5-8 hours depending on HW and other factors. Weekends, usually 10-12.
This week, uh...I don't want to think about it. I'll probably be pulling at least one all-nighter.
It depends. Normally, I try to go for 15 hours on weekends.
When I get a new game, it's usually about 1-4 hours of sleep.
And on School Days, I get about 9 hours.
I stayed home today mainly to catch up on sleep, so I feel a little better now. :)
Monday - Thursday and Sunday I get around 8 hours and on Friday and Saturday I get around 4 - 7 hours.
I get to bed on time, but I am often restless all night.
I try. :(
Wait, 10 hours is recommended?
I have a bone to pick with my school district :D
I get 8 usually.

We should all get our schools to have a "walk out" or something and demand more time to let us sleep.

Well, I do that but after a few hours of doing that your arm gets really sore. One of these days I'm going to get it amputated or something because I always end up cutting off the circulation from sleeping on it =/
That would be odd to see in the news....

you have super-lax teachers, and super-large bookbags.

Oh my god I should do that!
I'd probably be written up in a couple of my classes, it would probably insult some of my teachers or something silly.

We do that all the time at my school :D
Dammit, I'm bringing a pillow into school one of these days!
I just use a jacket as a pillow
Wow. I've had the same issues lately. I've actually stayed home today and yesterday because of sleep deprivation...I just can't sleep well... D=
Lately I've been getting 6-7 hours of sleep on weekdays, usually around 8 on weekends.
