Title: New female lead in new remakes takes on Marina (previous female)'s role
Post by: DededeCloneChris on May 12, 2009, 06:18:31 PM
http://serebii.net/index2.shtml (http://serebii.net/index2.shtml)

From serebii:

"It (the scan) did show that a new female lead is to be utilised in this game and not the female one introduced in Crystal.

She also is going to be a support role.

The news on Serebii said so. Marina, the previous female lead of Crystal, got replaced by a new female lead with...an unknown official name for now.

What are your thoughts? Did you like Marina or do you like the new one? The new one looks like a tomboy to me.

Well she was the lead for Crystal, so I understand as to why she might not be included in the G/S remake.

I agree with Hostile, the female was the character for Crystal, but this is not Crystal. I also think that her look in Crystal was to be like Crystal, blue an whatnot.

Er, I remember in the show that the name of her was Marina.

The boy is Tom, I think, according to that special of Raikou.

She has a sunhat with a bow, and thigh-high socks/stockings on. How in the hell does she look like a tomboy?

Well, aren't tomboys suppose to be energetic and very cheerful for anything?

So far, she looks more childish than all the selectable trainers.

No... Tomboys are basically girls who act manly, most do end up becoming lesbian that way.

Is it just me, or her clothes resemble Mario's?
Red shirt and blue overalls...
Anyways, I'll say this is possibly the worst-looking female player character in Pokemon D=
Leaf and Dawn are both great, Kris and May are good, and then there's Heart (idk what her actual name is)

PokéGear.
In Gold/Silver, it's a device that functions as:
* A map
* A phone (to communicate with mom, Professor Elm, etc.)
* A radio
* A few other things

And I'd assume it's returning in HG/SS.
