List them. I have more than I'd like to have :(
Advance Wars: Dual Strike - I'm not saying there's anything particularly wrong with the series, but I personally don't like it.
Brain Age 2: The first game was neat. But this one sucked. I barely played it much.
Harvest Moon Island of Happiness: Worst Harvest Moon game I remember playing. Ew at touch controls.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: Fun for like, two days.
Pac-Pix: Same as above.
Pokemon Ranger: At least my sister likes it, but I didn't.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Same as above.
Sonic Chronicles
Spiderman 2: I never expected to like this in the first place, but Gamestop required me to buy two games with a DS near launch (and SM64DS was the only one I wanted)
Zelda: PH: Behind only Zelda II as my least favorite Zelda game.
Edit: Now that the boards are merged, why not add in Wii too.
Wii games I regret having:
Sonic and the Secret Rings: The first Sonic game I actually regretted getting.
Sonic and the Black Knight: At least it was on sale for $20 when I got it. I had false hope that it would actually be decently better than Secret Rings.
Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity: The first one on gamecube was a little fun, but a sequel is definitely too much for a game like this. At least I got this one on sale too.
Wii Music: A gift that I didn't really ask for in the first place. Though I did expect it to at least be worth some decent amount of gameplay, I quickly realized that it was really even worse than I initially expected. The sort of game that definitely needed MotionPlus for somewhat decent motion controls.
Final Fantasy III and Metroid Prime: Hunters are two games I bought that I disliked.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team
I thought it would be an Action RPG with Pokemon in it. This is, so far, the only game I have ever pre-ordered before. Too bad it let me down. It isn't a bad game, but it was a huge letdown for me.
Bomberman
...why do I own this game? It was $10.
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. It was so unlike the games for the GBA... it bored me.
Oh yeah, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness. Blue Rescue Team was great. Explorers was lacking in plot, character development, etc. And it was simply more of the same.
I have 32 DS games and don't regret buying a single one of them.
Kirby Squeak Squad. It was alright. I finished it on the first day. Kirby games are usually easy but, this one was the easiest. You could mix abilities but the ones you could combine didn't really give you much of a surprise (e.g. Fire+Sword=Fire Sword). Plus they didn't give you much options of which abilities could combine. For example, if you wanted to combine the Ninja ability and the Laser ability, you wouldn't become a cyborg ninja. Instead, you would just get a random ability or item. Besides the ability mixing, nothing really stood out from this game and other Kirby games.
Brain Age 2: There's nothing wrong with the game, but I barely play it.
The only DS game I ever bought and didn't like was PMD: Blue Rescue Team.
Lunar Knights.
I actually thought it was going to be a good game but it wasn't what I was expecting.
It wasn't all bad but I really didn't want it.
Wario Master of Disguise
Advance Wars Dual Strike (the first one; i don't know if that's the real name)
Spider-Man 2
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Team
Also, a couple special cases: Zoo Tycoon and Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time were games I did enjoy, but I sold Zoo Tycoon because the portability didn't make up for everything is lost compared to the computer game (which I still have), and Mario & Luigi my cousin really liked, and I had gotten kinda bored with it (never beat it), so I traded it to him. Of course, what I got in return was Wario: Master of Disguise, and that game got old even faster.
Eh...
None of them really.
Some have fallen by the wayside though.

Bomberman
...why do I own this game? It was $10.
Yeah i beat mario vs. donkey kong and then the level creator got old. I didn't really like FFIII, i don't know why. Bomberman ds is one of the coolest games i own, the single player i haven't touched but 8 player download play is very fun, didn't regret buying it. Star fox command just sucked. Nintendogs i got a whie ago and thought was cool now i hate it don't want anything to do with it. Both asphalt games, racing gets old. 2006 fifa world cup, when did i get this game? Yeah it's horrible and says download play on the back but it isn't.
Rayman Raving Rabbids - Got old.
WarioWare: Snapped - Hard to sense me, and kind of boring after a playthrough or two.
Cake Mania- Can't believe I bought this in the first place, I sold it back to Gamestop for $10.
Deep Labyrinth- Boring dungeon crawler that makes no sense.
The Sims 2 DS- Nothing like The Sims 2 or even Urbz, you ran a hotel. Sold it.
Lost in Blue- More needy characters than the original Sims, progress takes forever. They made three sequels to this? Sold it.
I also lost my box to Sims: Urbz in the City, which is still one of my favorite DS games, even though I beat it and have all the best stuff.
A second Nintendogs game, Brain Age 2, Sonic Rush
So far none yet.
I'm very careful when I buy my games.
Nintendogs- don't know why I got it.
Lunar:Dragon Song - Worst DS game I have ever played TBH I kinda wanted to finish it but I never got around to it. (traded it for Pokemon Pearl)
Diddy Kong Racing Ds: Awesome game for the N64 but the DS version was way to easy and not fun at all. I hated it and online wasn't very fun for me. (Also traded for Pokemon Pearl)
Pokemon Blue Mystery dungeon: Meh this game was Ok but I could have gotten something else , I forget what I was gonna but instead but they didn't have it in at the time.
Animal Crossing Ds: Well I kinda enjoyed the online trading and everything but this game got boring way too fast. there was just something about the game that I didn't really enjoy and I don't think I'll ever play another Animal Crossing game again.
The only one I regret getting was Final Fantasy 3.
I never really got into it.
...Lost Magic and

I absolutely love Lost Magic. It's perhaps my favorite DS title.
DKR DS was a letdown though. The 64 version was infinitely better. In fact, all of the DS versions of 64 games.
Why is everyone hatin' on PMD: Blue Rescue Team. I mean, seriously, just by looking at it, you know what you're going to get out of it.
Oh, and I cherish all of my DS games.
None of my DS games do I regret obtaining. They are all fine games. Especially the Phoenix Wright trilogy.
Contact wasn't fun.
Big Brain Academy got old.
Starfox Command wasn't that great.
I regretted buying Nintendogs as my first game.
I'm sure there's more.
mario vs donkey kong, dragon quest monsters joker, yoshi's island ds, and advanced wars duel strike. awds and yids werent that bad though. they just got old.
but why is everyone hatin on pmd and ac? ac is a good game, but its only for certain people of certain tasted. pmd is fun, most people just expect something different outta it.

lol no. My opinion is just the majority. The common consensus is that the PMD games are filled with fail and are only for pokefags with absolutely no taste for anything satisfactory aside from the main entries in the Pokemon series. And what would lead you to believe I actually wasted money on one of those poopty games? Blue Mystery Team was given to me by someone that wanted to get rid of the game, and I know exactly why they wanted to get rid of it. It intercourse ing blows.

Like a few others here, I like all of my DS games. ;D I'm careful with my purchases. I tend to stick with first-party developers, notable third-party developers, and generally do not buy games that are under $30. You get what you pay for. I must admit that some of them do get old, but I played a few of them after not having played them for a few months and they brought back great memories of storyline progression, DS Download Play, and normal multiplayer in general. :) Once I played my old games again, I remembered why I bought them. I have about 20 games and none of them include any Nintendogs games (just wasn't interested), Super Mario 64 DS :O (my brother has it so I've played it a bit), or any Zelda games (still haven't beat OoT lol or TP for that matter).
I'm a big fan of Pokemon, so I naturally got Pokemon Ranger (mostly for the Manaphy egg download) and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness. Like many others, I think people were expecting the wrong thing and as a result were sorely disappointed with their purchase, and I can understand why. I personally enjoy all three of the games I just mentioned. They're not the best :|, but I think they're better than average =). I think I might tend to over-appreciate things though. Even if there's a game that I don't particularly like, I'll still try to find some redeeming qualities in it. Nonetheless, I still enjoy these games and don't think that that's the case with these (maybe a little with Pokemon Ranger though :-\).
Some games that I own that were negatively mentioned in previous posts are:
- Metroid Prime: Hunters
- Big Brain Academy
- Animal Crossing: Wild World
- StarFox Command
I really like Metroid Prime: Hunters. It has great graphics (particularly at cut scenes) and good controls. It also has great multiplayer. The story mode--which I did not finish (still need Trace's power)--wasn't too exciting save the boss fights, but I think it's good enough.
Big Brain Academy is like Brain Age, except with a more childish sense of humor though not too far off the spectrum to deny an adult a laugh here and there. The minigames can be simple or challenging and are easy to understand as well as there being a good amount of variety in the choice of them.
Animal Crossing: Wild World is great for passing time and/or with a friend or two. Visiting others' towns is a nice change of pace and in the long term helped the player to make more "Bells" (money) and acquire a greater diversity of items. I had a lot of fun collecting sets of furniture, fossils, fish, insects, and the like. Still do. It takes a long time to get the best house too, which serves as a good goal, seeing as there is no real ending to the game. I even found the townsfolk to be slightly interesting and quite quirky and humorous.
I'll admit that it's not the best game ever, but StarFox Command is a decent one and it satisfied my need for a new StarFox game. The single player mode got to be frustrating after a big loss and was tedious after a few tries of one battle (not fight, but the entire level as seen in the overworld), but the contrasting ships to use and the interesting story (for a StarFox fan) were the highlights of the game. The multiplayer was decent as well, good enough for a few rounds.
Well, that's it. I have heard that Professor Layton (rest of title...?) is good, as well as the Phoenix Wright series and wish I could've played them. I'm still considering it, as it's kind of in the back of my head. And on a side note, yes, I do have a lot of time on my hands.

...I will say my rather small list I guess.
SM64DS, I still play this randomly, I got all 150 stars but my stupid ass brother erased my file; I haven't gone back since.
Yoshi Touch & Go, is actually somewhat challenging if you know what the hell you're doing in it, although, meh.
Pokemon Ranger, what? >_>
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue, Is alright I guess, I don't play it anymore but I did like the storyline.
Sonic Rush, wasn't too bad but after you finish any sonic game, there's ot much to do.
Pokemon Pearl, I just got bored of it to be honest.
Mario Hoops, not that bad of a game, but meh (I didn't pay for it though)
The only game I still play normally is MKDS, but only because of Online.

By the way, I'm leaning toward your side in your flames with Zero, but I do see his point. It's funny you say that considering the guy clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. Let's look back at his use of the word geocentric. Really, come now. Not that I need your support, but it's really no contest. Any debate we were having would have ended in my favor regardless of any superiority complexes I previously held, and to my knowledge, he gave up because I "missed the point". Which is so lolz worthy I can't even laugh at the poor guy.
However:

But "the PMD games are quite literally terribad and there isn't any getting around that" is not a fact. Please correct me if I misunderstood you. All I claimed to be fact, was that the common consensus was that they're terrible, and unfortunately for PMD fans, most people think they're terrible. It's just the way it is. I adore Mega Man 8 but the majority of the fanbase criticizes it to living hell, you think I give a s***? I still love the game. I suppose I went out of my way to emphasize how terrible I think the games are, however my opinion still stands. I never really meant to claim my opinion as fact, just superior, because I've seen Pokemon fans put up with mediocre gameplay just because a Pokemon game is a Pokemon game. That's just...stupid. So I'll retract any superiority I held with my opinion. That should rectify any discrepancies.
Anyway, This could've been said nicer. Too me, it looks like it's looking for a fight. If I wanted to flame the guy, I would have done so directly. I didn't even flame him directly until he misused the word "geocentric" which doesn't correlate at all to anything we were talking about. Though I suppose somewhere deep down I wanted someone to take the bait. I have my troll moments, so you'll have to forgive me.
Same for this. The second sentence (if appropriately reworded) is all that's needed. Maybe try: "Maybe you need to research your future purchases more before you make them." I can't understand why everyone hates Phantom Hourglass, or at least has it pretty high on the least favorites list. Even though I wouldv'e preferred using the directional pad and the buttons, the touch screen worked well for the 3D boss battles.
