So.......whats your diet like.......how much do you eat?
Since I'm working out this summer.......I'm eating around 5,000-6,000 calories a day. lol.....eating that much is intercourse ing hard, but eating a lot of the right foods is even more important than actually working out (not by much, but it still is).
Anyways, how much (little) do you eat and do you eat the right kinds of food?
Once I start working out again (next week), I'm going to start eating right. 3-4k calories. Lots of grains and protein.
Right now though it's whatever the hell I want. Lots of sugar and junk food.
I'm working out as well, for football, but I'm not eating nearly as much as I used to.
I'm usually looking at 3000-3500 Calories. And that's not really in a work out condition. Actually, it is. Running. And lots of it. Hell, I don't care about anything but running in terms of athletics anymore, as it's good stress relief. (In Computers fashion, brb olympics).
Most of that's pretty decent stuff. Good mix of fruit and veggies (greens, reds/oranges, and blues), carbs, protein. Astoundingly I've been encouraged to put a focus on red meats for the first part of the summer...quite odd in my thinking, but whatever. D:
But I do still eat a good amount of junk. I need to cut poop like potato chips and replace it with carrots. :(
Not sure on the exact calorie intake, but I eat A LOT. Plenty of snacks, but mostly healthy.
My metabolism just burns it right off, though. D:
I have no specific diet, I just eat whatever
Lots of junk food and fast food though
Let's see... Every morning I have proteins to keep myself awake and energized for the day. Usually I just make myself some eggs over easy and eat it with some bread. I don't eat at school, so I save lunch for when I get home. I might have rice, a sammich, chicken leg, or anything else that looks appealing to me that day that's in the fridge. Then I'll have dinner around three hours later. That usually consists of me taking the thing that looked 2nd most appealing to me out of the fridge and consuming it. Unless my parents actually cook for once (which is usually once or twice out of the month), then I'll have that. When they do cook it's always either chicken or steak, some sort of rice, potatoes, then either asparagus or brussel sprouts. Or they make pasta with meatballs. And maybe every other weekend we get some pizza.
Then for dessert I have fruit. Right now I'm eating some grapes. Sometimes I have blueberries, other times I have chocolate strawberries, or an apple, etc. That's a basic day of food for me. When it comes to drinks, I don't drink too much. I down water when I get very thirsty, or have flavored water if I start getting a craving for a snack, and occasionally I'll have a a soda (always sprite or ginger ale - it seems to be 1/3 months that I get this craving). This food diet has worked well for me, and I work out about three days out of the week (nothing too extreme, just abdominal exercises and running).
I just eat, my metabolism makes it so I don't show what I eat.
I don't eat that much, but I do snack a lot. Little or no breakfast, toasted sandwich and a small salad for lunch, a small snack around 3 hours before dinner, and for actual dinner I have whatever my mom cooks. After the main meals, I eat a cup of cereal (usually rice krispies).
Some days I eat way too much and barely move at all from the computer chair. It's a wonder I'm only 140 lbs. sometimes.
I eat whatever. Burn it off later in DDR. But I also don't eat a ton of food.
hmmm
I'm doing this thing on http://mypyramid.gov/ and I'm supposed to have 3000 calories a day, I normally have about 1500 and I'm barely getting 2000 calories on the days where I eat "a lot." D;
After I eat dinner I'll see if I can get it to go over 3000, by adding everything I can think of that I had in one day.
My diet consists mostly of cereal, frozen pizzas, and noodles.
Cheap but yummy.

ehhh, I don't really like frozen pizza
I used to be like a twig, but my metabolism crashed about two years ago. Enjoy it while you can, all I have to say.
I eat a lot of healthy stuff, but I have a problem with snacks. I'm attempting to mitigate this with some moderate results.
I eat a lot. I need to just because of my naturally high metabolism in the first place.
Then, because of how much I bike and push myself while doing so, requires even more.
I consume at least 4,000 calories a day.
