It started at 11 am yesterday.
It was pretty sweet. We stood around doing nothing until the ceremony, and then we went to a dinner/dance with ridiculously good roast beef and chocolate pudding.
And then we had the after grad. I lost all my fake money at the casino after kicking ass for quite some time, played some pinball, went to the second dance, and then watched people get hypnotized.
Successful night is successful.
Sounds like fun. I can't wait to graduate from High school and go to college.

Graduation is great until you realize that the rest of your life is basically high school.
Let's say you get a job doing temp work at a multimedia studio, like I did. You find out that the structure of the office is the same old poop you grew to hate in high school. Same clicks, same busy-work, same theme of trying to have fun without the administration finding out.
I had a very interesting conversation about all of this on a radio show with a woman named Sunny. Sunny, who was a romance novelist, told me that colleges, offices and even retirement homes were all just like high school.
So I hope you had fun, because you're going to spend the rest of your life dealing with the same bullpoop. The bullpoop has new names, yes, but it's bullpoop all the same.
