I got this from a video in Youtube.
Basically, after you defeat the dolls and land in Agart and the mine, go into the mine when it's Waxing Moon and enter inside the room full of rocks in the lowest floor to fight Quarto Puppets (HP 1800 each).
The objective for these fights is to get 2 rare items from the puppets: Mythril Nut and Mythril Bolt. Take in mind that they're rare to drop so prepare to fight a lot of times.
Also, get the Mythril Spring from the pot down the Save Point close to the Agatite.
After getting these items and defeating the boss, return to the airship and watch the scene.
-For those who completed the main story with Ceodore, return to Baron Inn and talk to Namingway for a sidequest.
That's all for now. You should try to complete these tasks before the next 3 chapters come out in July 6. ;)

I don't have my PC to put the video. Look in Youtube for "How to save Calco & Brina."
Go and try it. The items are quite hard to get.
I got the bolt on my first try. The Nut probably won't be isn't as easy. These things are too darn quick and have way too much health, even with Toad.
Toad, surprisingly, works against them!

I should have used Toad then...but I got both items after 3 hours. ::D (3 MYTHRIL BOLTS...)
...Oh.
-It seems you can access Challenge Dungeons when you finish a tale. Find Namingway in Agart after finishing Rydia's Tale. However, you won't use Calco & Brina since the game saves before the last event occurs.
