So I Googled for NSFCD.com, found this:

I never knew NSFCD was hosted in Ireland.  It also shows Ireland's top 20 most viewed.  At a quick glance, two are escort services, two are porn sites.

Silver is obviously Irish. Vattix is in an unknown location, but often appears in Ireland to fix Silver's broken stuff. That's how NSFCD was made.
