Well, on Omegle (http://www.omegle.com) I found Customrobo13 one time. That's not a game, though. It's a random chatting website.
In a game, the closest I've been to finding someone was playing against a random person with the name "Kilroy." But It wasn't Kilroy. :(

I found RedRaider and his friend (forgot his screen name) on the Halo Custom Edition.

I was randomly browsing matches when I found them.
