I'm finding that have to wait anywhere from a minute and fifteen seconds to two minutes to wait to download a file.

Probably to make you buy some sort of membership where you don't have to wait....

Rapidshare has poop free download speeds anyway.
Be somewhat decent and use MegaUpload.

The files I need aren't always on megaupload :s

Different sites.
Trust me, they are there.
And megaupload got RID of their wait times <3
