You may or may not know that AiB has a Brawl Ladder where you challenge other to matches.
It keeps track of your wins and losses.
I haven't been doing so well, but here is what I've noticed.
People who utterly suck at the game, can beat the ever loving crap out of me.
I lost to someone who was 0-6. 0 and 6...
Roll dodge, smash, roll dodge smash, roll dodge, smash...
My style often depends on others attacking in a more sophisticated way.
I then played someone who had over 30 wins and won a match, and the others were 1 stock losses.
Anyway, do you sometimes have trouble fighting someone so far below you, that you can't beat them? D:
(PS, I got a bomb pull and a stitch face right after the bomb with peach. holy s***)
Yeah, I noticed that when playing random people a while ago. I was just messin' around and taunting, while all 3 of the others ganged up on me, I won the match, I assume they were mad at me after that and they kept ganging up on me and I kept winning (though, I'm not sure if they were "sophisticated").
One match cracked me up, when they finally somewhat left me alone (as in stopped ganging up on me), as time was running out, I like to suicide as it says "TIME." I was TLink and did the DAir to try to die while someone else smashed Peach my way and I hit her causing her to die BEFORE it said "TIME" and I won =D
Though it may not sound funny to you, I was cracking up.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I indeed am calling myself a Noob~
I've said this multiple times, and I will say it again.
I suck at this game. I suck at all fighting games. I lose more than half the time. I don't keep up with this stuff as it makes me sad
In Melee you can easily punish people who spam.
Brawl is watered down poop, so I guess that doesn't apply.
LOL.
Superior in the method of spamming.
Eh, sometimes that happens to me.
Then I'll sit there wondering how I lost to somebody I thought I was clearly better than. D:

Sounds like my G&W lol. Well not really i use more tactics but online is so laggy you have to resort to things like that to do any damage.
I really wasn't even spamming.
Just me not being able to hit someone who roll-dodges and smashes like a 5 year old.
