First days, first days...
I had my first day of school today. I'm tired, but I've got a lot of homework to do (I'm looking at you, Mrs. Marsh) so I'm going to go work on that now. Basically first day went like this:
Study hall, spent it talking with a group of friends about movies.
Spanish IV-1, spent it trying to read my teacher's face to see if she still despises me (come on, it was two years ago, let it go!).
AP US History, spent it talking with friends and relieved that I didn't have to read the summer book (which I didn't read, unless half of the first chapter counts).
Digital Photography II, which only has nine people and we listened to the teacher talk for the class.
Algebra II-I, I spent the first half of it in lunch because I read an out-dated lunch schedule. Spent the second half acting innocent, apologizing, and feeling the math teacher's wrath (still looking at you, Mrs. Marsh).
PE 11 - Sweet, I have PE last period! YES THANK YOU! This means I have Gym on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. And Mondays are shortened periods anyway! Gym is going to seem so much shorter. Plus, it's right next to the exit so I won't miss my bus anymore! Anyway, listened to the teacher talk half the class, chatted with my boyfriend the last half.
HOME SWEET HOME.
Kay, I'm off to do homework. You guys can talk about your first day experiences and whatnot.
School was school. Lot's of teachers that just think that they're the greatest teacher in the school.
Plus, my school needs to get a major cleaning. I wasn't sick for most of the summer. First few days in school and I'm home in bed with a cold
I had orientation today, so I guess you could count that.
It was so-so. My schedule doesn't suck, saw a few friends. Though my picture makes me look like I belong in the 70s. D:
My first day is tomorrow :(
I got like, all the same teachers.
My AP Euro Teacher like, loves me or something, because he thinks I'm like a history genius.
lol
Math teacher dumb as poop again, I could out teach her any day, and I often have to explain things to friends. D:
Programming teacher is BA.
Science teacher is weird, but she seems alright.
Art teacher is a pot head. No joke.
English teacher is cool, like coolest teacher ever.
But he gives ridiculous homework, and expects us all to be able to analyze things on college level. I'm a man of science, English scares the poop out of me. D:
the nice thing about first year english is that you only have to take that one course. Then you never. have. to. take. any. english. EVER. AGAIN.
The German teacher at my school is freaking awesome. Easily best teacher in the school.
The Geography teacher is nice, but the clas swill be hard so all the students hate her for it.
English is easy, and it has the most people I know in it, so good.
Biology is meh, it bores me.
Algebra II PAP is going to be hell for me, I suck at math, even though I'm two years ahead of my grade.
JV Productions for Theatre is awesome, but hard. I has to sing in front of people for auditions, had never done it before. I sucked.
I freaking GOT CUT FROM BASKETBALL I have to stay in P.E. now, it's absolutely horrible.
Hahaha compulsory P.E. classes. So mundane.
I start tomorrow!!
You only have 6 periods? how does that work? we have 9 D=
I've been in school since last week... Lulz, I only have 5 classes
Honors Econ. is okay I guess
AP English 12 is fun 'cause one of my trouble making friends is there to make trouble with me. X)
Spanish I is okay even though I'm the only Senior there, pretty darn easy too
Lunch would be better if I had my full group there instead of half,
homeroom intercourse that poop I'd rather go aid for another teacher
Culinary Arts II, dunno why I took it again because I passed last year with like 100%. Wouldn't hurt if I dropped it and aided that period too...
Adventure Ed, best Gym class EVER... It's a double period, and we spend at least one of them doing cool poop. To all the lazy whimps out there, yes, I love PE. 'Specially since most my friends are in the class too. There's a camping trip for it next month.
Best part about this. The lack of homework, unlike my Junior year that was filled with it because of AP US History and Algebra 2. STRESS LEVELS WERE OVER 9000!!!
2010 ftw. x)
LA11 - At least the teacher seems cool. I loved me LA teacher last year, he was epic. This woman this year seems good, and she has good humor, which is a plus. 2 of my friends in this class. Yay
Chemistry - Teacher is...meh. But my friend Colin (also in LA) is in the class thank god. Someone to talk to.
Net Games - First PE class out of 5 that I have no friends in. Fuckers. What a way to end my PE run.
US History - This teacher didn't really do anything me, but he comes off as an ass. I don't like him. Plus, he only lets you use the bathroom once a week. Fucker.
Spanish - I FUCKING LOVE THIS TEACHER! I had her for Ceramics last year. One of my friends from the Ceramics class is in it too...weeeee reunion. A couple other people in there are cool too.
Pre-Calc - Cool teacher, but no friends really. Oh well. I'm used to being friendless in Math. All my friends are in lower math classes.
I just moved in today. Classes start Monday. But I have to change my major tomorrow, so I have no idea what my schedule will be like.

Change to what?
ISDS 1102 - easy poop but holy intercourse its tedious.
MUS 1000 - also easy poop, I just took it to get my humanities out of the way. All we do is listen to jazz music
Econ 2000 - boring as hell and rather difficult also, def. gonna be my worst class.
BADM 1000 - worthless poop all business majors are required to take.
MATH 1021 - easy, but also hard because we have a poop ton of homework.
Overall a pretty easy freshman semester.
I've been back for almost a week now, but my first day was..okay, I guess. xD It was funny seeing the freshman looking all scared and lost trying to find their classes.
I has cool teachers and all that, which is good. I don't want another dumbass for a teacher. :-\
That's about all I can remember..but yeah. D: Omg i'm gunna miss high school ahhhh. :(

We have 8, actually. School starts at 7:40, and ends at 2:00. On Mondays we have every class (cut down to about 40 minutes, then 15-20 for Lunch). On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays we only have 6 of our 8 classes, they are each an hour long, and the periods which we do not have alternate. For example, today is Thursday, so I do not have 3rd or 7th period (Spanish or Math). Tomorrow I won't have 4th or 8th (History or Gym) because it is Friday. Yesterday I didn't have 2nd or 6th, and Tuesday I didn't have 1st or 5th.
We also have three different lunch waves, and the one you are in is determined by the teacher you have during the lunch period. You can either have first lunch (before the predetermined class), second lunch (in the middle of the class, where we reconvene after the twenty minute break), or third lunch (directly after class).
I only get 4 periods. :O

This too. Know what's better than watchin' the little lost Freshies? Throwing pennies at them, and squishing them during the Powderpuff Football game we have every Homecoming week (which is in three weeks). Can't wait! >XD

My gym teacher told me I should join the Powerduff Football team we have. He was watching me throw the football and thought I was amazing. The thing is, he never saw me catch. Now
that is a different story... Anyway, do you guys tackle or touch in Powderpuff?

Well... we're
supposed to play touch, but people always end up tackled anyways. xD

You know, at the school I'm going to, those kind of people either get their ass kicked by a large freshman, or they get their ass kicked by an older student. ;)

Pfft, ass kicked? I'm the one who does the ass-kicking. Besides, I
am the older student (Senior). May be only 5'3'', 105 lbs, and fun-sized with a cute face, but there's a reason nobody smart's mad me off. Never lost the few fights, I was thrown into, don't plan on doing so anytime soon.
I got 2 hours of homework on my first day :<
School starts on tuesday.
But I finally get to intercourse ing sleep in now.
I have a spare period in the morning.
I don't start until the 8th. I hope senior year is as good as people say it is...
