Yeah. I tried to upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7, and it restarted (why!?) in the middle of installation (92%, I believe). As a result, I can't start Windows at all, because it still thinks it's installing, but it's got an error every time, and restarts itself.
GG MICROSOFT
So as a result, I might be slightly less active than normal, as if that's even possible.

Sorry to hear that, Silver.
Can you go into safemode and do a fresh 7 install?
Learn Linux to backup your files and get out the recovery CD's.
If not; well...

Luckily, I think I can recover all of it.
Yeah, silly poop like that happens a lot. To be one of those Linux guys I'm going to say...
Linux hasn't done that to me yet, if it even ever will. And from experience, installing Linux AFTER Windows is a good idea, not vice versa.

Funny I ran a USB version trying to back up files; it only ended up deleting my MFT and made me lose everything I had.
Guess what I have?
Guess what works? Though I think this is a Silver problem, not winderz.
