OMG THAT'S AWESOME
Yeah. Those are definately hacked, but however, are really being played. There was a hacking tool that was made by...I believe the owner of scorehero (dont hold me to that ;)). If you have a modded PS2 and a burned copy of GHII, you could download custom MP3s to the burned GHII game and with the editor, edit the notes to fit the song. (to get results as you saw in those videos)
Sadly, the creator removed the program from the internet because of his EMail being flooded with questions already in his FAQ.
I happen to have a download of that program ^_^ ....but I don't have a modded PS2 :(
