If you ask me, pornography seems to do more damage then marijuana does. According to these studies, anyway. If pornography didn't exist, do you think there would be less crime? Also, which would you rather have be legal: porn or marijuana?

I meant if they made porn illegal. Kind of like how child porn is illegal, even though it is easy to get.

99% of the internet is porn, so even if it was made illegal it'd still be out there. Not to mention underground magazines and other print publications.
I'd go for marijuana.
If both were totally outlawed, I'd fully support having porn made legal. Honestly, I see it as a crime preventative, not one that spurs it on.
Allow me to elaborate. Say I have a fetish for large breasted brunettes being forced around a bit. Would you rather I see someone doing it to make cash, in a safer environment? Or, if I went out and did it myself. To me, all porn does is give a tool to unleash - vs. blurring reality and desire.
Now, don't get me wrong. I see some of it as utterly disturbing, and there are surely instances it does not help situations. But eh.
So to answer your other question - no, I think there would be more.

I think you misunderstood what I wrote (maybe because I worded it wrong).
I'd rather weed be legal because its the only drug that isn't incredibly destructive. Porn is just an alternative to a much better thing.
I could live just fine without either of them, since I rarely smoke. But I'd still rather weed be legal.
