This is for Japanese Otakus, as the survey was of about 4,000 Japanese.  I didn't realize this last time I posted this thread  :-X

1. He has an anime T-shirt
2. He has an anime shopping bag
3. He has a waist pouch (?fanny pack? / ?bum bag?)
4. He wears a bandanna (hachimaki)
5. His bag is covered in anime badges
6. His hair is excessively long
7. He wears his rucksack over both shoulders
8. He has big, thick glasses
9. He tucks his shirt/T-shirt into his trousers
10. He wears chemical wash jeans

Anime shirt, says "desu" "kawaii" "ugu~" etc, attends anime conventions, when in Disney World goes to Japan thing in Epcot, goes on an imageboard, listens to J-Core/Pop/Jock, draws anime, likes Japanese food, wishes they were Japanese.  Actually, Encyclopedia Dramatica has a whole list on it.

Say that to the British.  You will get the best reactions.  Even better than asking if the current temperature is in Fahrenheit when you're in Canada.

Actually, Webster's first dictionaries were called American, as it contained American definitions of slang and words used differently than in England.

Anyways, you shouold be able to tell if you listen to person after a little while.
