Taking the music from a game is much harder than it sounds :O I tried doing my first real gamerip today and I barely got through 9 songs before I gave up for the day. Great music, but it's pretty grueling in the format that I'm doing it in (which is squatting next to my laptop that is on top of the Wii box which is near my TV so that the short audio cable can reach to the back of the TV, not very comfortable).
I'll do the other half some other time...the game is Super Bubble Pop (GCN), btw.
Hmmm, how might you do this, step by step :p.

Agree, Ill totally have to rip MP3 musics.
It's extremely easy if you actually have a decent sound card and drivers, a good length cord, and Audacity...
You can also rip music off of the DS Lite... >.>
I'm pretty sure it's legal as long as you don't distribute the MP3. (and no, I don't mean Metroid)
I actually made a guide for this on NSider, but yeah >_>
I'm pretty good at doing it.

Not MP3 Metroid Prime 3 :p.
I really don't get how anybody can consider it remotely difficult. I randomly found cables around my house and plugged them into various things and it worked...
What would a guide really say? Something like:
1. Find a 3.5mm TRS plug to RCA socket cord of a decent length
2. Put the TRS plug in the "Line-in" socket on the back of your computer
3. Connect RCA socket to game system
4. Open Audacity
5. Record
6. Save
7. Repeat for other songs
I don't know if it's just me, but every one of those looks extremely obvious...

What the heck would you be doing a sound rip for if you weren't going to distribute the mp3? >_>

Uh... personal use on an iPod/iTunes/WMP/Winamp/whatever?
There's more to life than Limewire... >.>
It's most likely illegal to distribute the song over P2P or anything like that, but there's always the small chance that the song isn't copyrighted.

I seriously doubt it is, actually. It's not a major game publisher (Jaleco Entertainment).
I have a Usb Component cable somewhere, it should be able to use it on the Wii, I gotta go find it.
