Title: Movie + Poker Night
Post by: JrDude on December 27, 2009, 11:45:51 PM
What happened to Movie night? Did it just stop?
And what happened to Poker night? Why didn't it start like you guys said?
We need these things to help live.

Poker Night poses issues in picking a software/etc. If I can find one I deem reliable and have some control over (ie. everyone and their dog doesn't filter through), I will gladly get it rolling. But I have yet to find that (but I have yet to try PokerStars again).

Movie Nights stopped because there were multiple weeks in a row when I was unavailable and left silver in charge of showing the movies, something I thought he was comparable of doing. He proved me wrong. Also, we had a declining rate of viewers weekly. :\

I want to bring it back, but not if it's going to go unnoticed.

Can we watch Gone With the Wind so I can see why you like it so much?

Plus the database explosion didn't help.

I'd attend Movie Nights if they returned as long as whatever movie is playing is interesting to me and it isn't laggy as hell.

How many people here have Netflix and a 360?  It's an unexplored option.
