Title: All-Region
Post by: Rayquarian on January 12, 2010, 12:41:35 AM
Today, I went to All-Region tryouts for band, which was a very interesting trip on its own, but that's no what this thread is about.  So how many of you guys go to All-Region/State tryouts and clinic for whatever?

I wanted to go state for Culinary competitions, but poop happened, and I didn't even get to try out for the school team. Dx

I've gone to State Competitions for FBLA.

- 2007 - 8th Grade - 1st in Districts; 4th in States in Intro to Computer Applications (Don't know how that happened. O_O).

- 2008 - 9th Grade - My high school FBLA chapter didn't know about competitions, so I got it going so that we could compete the following year.

- 2009 - 10th Grade - 2nd in Districts for Intro to Business and Intro to Business Communication; Qualified for States.

- 2010 - 11th Grade - I hope to earn 1st or 2nd place at Districts, qualify and place in States and qualify for Nationals.

10th - 12th grade I went to states for swimming. I should've been in the State Open meet, but my cousin took my spot on the relay. He went slower than I would've, and his names now up in the school gym. Mine is not.
