After careful investigation (That is, running two games with a 5:1 KDR), I've noticed I'm a lot better at the game when nobody I want to show off to is present. -_-;
Does this happen to any of you guys?
I've noticed I do better some days and do worse others. Then there are some days where I do absolutely terrible.
The people I'm playing with don't really affect me much. It's more the people I play against.
I do better usually when I'm not playing against people I know.
I am much better with no one around. I only play Modern Warfare 2 with people from Nsider or with Magnum, and we are always laughing and screwing around so much that I never really excell.
However if Magnum is just there watching me I can still play well.
Not really. The way I play really depends how I feel and how focused I am. Some days I will do well, other days I will do completely horrible.
Nah, my level of play seems to be a crap shoot independent of any known factors. I lack consistency in MW2.
I usually do well while playing with strangers rather than with friends.
I can't take games seriously while playing with friends.
I definatley do better by myself.
I have discovered how much fun Free-for-all on MW2 is.
my K/D has been going up ever since.
I wish I could vote twice. I just went 47-8 and was 4 kills away from calling in a nuke... ;~;
I can play fine when it's with friends and people I know, but in front of people I don't know I generally do a lot worse.
37-3, 21-5, 40-14, 58-17, at least one AC-130 each time, one away from the nuke multiple times, won every game, nobody to witness it.
10-10, 21-15, and 11-8 while playing with friends :\
Although thats most likely because I like to play domination/HQ when I'm alone, but my friends always play ground war or TDM, which I suck at.
My ability at FPSs seems to depend on how sleep deprived I am. For example, I will play much better at 3 in the morning than I would and 5PM
It doesn't really affect me, honestly.
I haven't played in a while, I feel like it though.
Never mind. I play better WITH people. I almost always at least get 1 nuke when I'm playing with a group of friends. It's awesome. Got 3 in one night last sunday.
It depends who these people are. For the most part, I play about the same. Maybe a little worse with friends, because I'm talking more, but that's about it.

Yeah me too some games i do really bad and others i do good, but mostly i do bad. However in a game like tf2 or halo i like playing with friends because it just is more fun.
Playing with people I know pushes some greater stress on me causing me to do poorly. Im able to play much better if its someone I dont know.
