Aside from the glaring spelling error, Nintendo said late 2010 for Zelda before Reggie and Aonuma hastily retracted the statement and said "when it's perfect". If we see a playable demo at E3, yeah, expect it before year's end. Otherwise, it wouldn't surprise me if they push it back to 2011.
Only sad thing is that Bioware won't be releasing any major title before 2011, which will be Dragon Age 2. Ah well, at least we get an expansion pack.

Arc Rise Fantasia, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Tales of Graces, Fable 3, .hack//LINK, KH: Birth By Sleep, P3 Portable, Phantasy Star Portable 2, Battlefield BC2, Crysis 2, Dead Rising 2, and Fallout: New Vegas are at the top of my list so far.
