So, this is the 3rd time I have gone to put points on my system, and guess what? They disappear immediately. I am REALLY getting sick and tired of that. Last time, I even had to call and make them put points in the account.
So, what sort of poopty Microsoft 'Support' or problems have you had with your system?
...I have Vista. What does that tell you?

That's never happened to me before.
Microsoft's Customer service is pretty poopty, but Sandisk's is far worse.

Last time I renewed live, I did it on the system with a Visa Debit giftcard. Live was active for a few weeks, then started demanding a card number. I put in my bank card, and they charged it instead. Luckily I was able to go back and verify that the funds were still on the original card. Jerks.
I've had no problems! :) My Xbox 360 broke, D: so I sent it in, =P and they gave me a brand new one! =D In fact, they did that at least twice! :D I lost count! =3

Mine broke but they gave me an Elite Xbox free. They said because of my G-score quote that i have enough to get one free.
