NSFCD

April 1st.

In 2009, Malo Mart bought NSFCD, and as such, the whole site had the Malo mart theme playing throughout it, the ads were replaced with new ads urging us to buy Magic Armor, Bombs, Arrows, all for "reasonable" prices, the ranks were retooled, the banner and music temporarily changed (lolscream), and the board names were also changed, all to reflect the setting of Hyrule Twilight Princess Malo Mart. It was awesomely executed, and is still memorable.

Now, in 2010, we have a "fabulous" redesign. Everything is stereotypical gay, with sparkles, pink, lisp censors, two new banners (One of which frightens me), this gay song (Should've been this song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPrnduGtgmc).) playing throughout the site, a rank retool (Except most users selected their own rank and have Sleepover ranks on), a single "ad" telling us to visit "MeninLove.com", and another board name change. All to reflect the new fabulousness. Not too crazy about it.

And back in 2008...I can't remember. All I remember is Harder Better Faster Stronger playing in the background as one of the jokes. As the day went, more and more changes were made to the site on April 1st, as opposed to the above, when it all happened in a small amount of time at the start of the day.

So, to veteran members of NSF, which April Fools redesign do you think was the best, out of the three we've done so far? And if anyone remembers what exactly happened on April Fools '08, please tell.

First april fool's for the first time I've been here but It's kinda hard to top gay day. The GM referrence was awesome. joking around with FH was awesome. A lot of it was hilarious...Except the music

I wasn't here for Malo Mart, but it sounds really good.

Malo simply because all the boards/rank changes were planned ahead of time (sans a few) so they were more original and more fitting. This one was very last minute.

More so, the format for this one is directly emulating Malo Mart...and as such, I think it fit better.

Malo Mart beats gay themes any day.

I wasn't on for Malo Mart (I was, but I didn't have the audio on and was viewing NSF for less than two minutes), so I have to pick the fabulous theme.

Malo Mart made me WTF more than this one did.
