I just found this yesterday at a pawn shop for 5 bucks. Best 5 bucks I ever spent.
So, have you found any good games for cheap prices?
This should be in Legacy, IMO.
And probably Super Mario Land for one dollar. I don't buy those game that much, but that game got me over twenty hours of gameplay when I was little.
Mass Effect, for 1 dollar
Pokemon Yellow and Crystal for 10 dollars.
I saw Xenosaga: Episode I, complete, for six dollars.
I passed up the opportunity to buy it.
And then you destroyed that fully functional PS1. ;_;
I bought Oddworld strangers Wrath for 4 bucks. *Great game!*
I also bought Darkwatch and Halo 2 the collectors addition for 10 bucks :3
Zelda: A Link to the Past SNES cartridge for about 7 bucks at an EB Games once.
DDR Max - $6.99
DDR Max2 - $9.99
Now all I need is a good foam dance pad since Red Octane isn't selling them anymore (or any of their products for that matter).
Halo 1 for 5 bucks
Medal of Honour Frontline for 2 bucks
Banjo Kazooie for 3 bucks.
This is more like "deals" and not bargain bin. I count bargain bin as games that should be more but aren't. In that case, it'd be Henry Hatsworth or Brain Age. Two very good DS games at a low price point.

And yes TTYD is indeed awesome. Getting it for 5$ is more than a steal.
Animal Crossing: City Folk at a closing Blockbuster for $8 (manual and case get ^_^)
