Poll
Question:
Do you think Movie Nights should return? If so, would you attend?
Option 1: Yes, and yes.
Option 2: Yes, and I'd attend only if it's a movie I really want to see or like.
Option 3: Yes, but I'm not sure if I'd attend.
Option 4: Undecided.
Option 5: No.
It has been several blue moons since we last had what we now remember as "Movie Nights". Some call it a temporary success. Others, a complete failure. I'm attempting to bring the former back, and here to stay.
For those unfamiliar with Movie Nights, here's what they are; basically, every week (probably Friday or Saturday night), we'd get together on a streaming site and watch random movies. They changed every single time; from Toy Story to Beavis and Butthead, from Wakko's Wish to Pokemon 2000 in German. Sometimes we'd have double features, in which we'd watch two movies back to back.
So, here's the deal; I want to bring movie nights back to NSFCD. However, I'd only be able to do it if enough people are interested (hence the poll). I'd like to slightly change the way movies are chosen, such as maybe having us decide at the movie night the week before the next, or doing it a few days before. We'd also have more double feature nights and such, so that we can get more people to show up to each night and appeal to a larger audience.
Post suggestions, opinions, thoughts, etc.
I loved movie nights, I wanted to go to all of them, but 30% of the time I was unavailable during the time you chose and 60% of the time was, when I finally remembered it was going on (it won't auto-come to mind unless I do it a lot ON TIME), I missed half of the current movie already so I just thought "screw it."
We already talked about the 'surprise' movie, so I expect it to be back. And I shall attend.
Yes; the only reason I stopped going was because all of the movies were scheduled on football nights. When I finally had free Fridays, the movies had stopped.
Sure and please show...

Sure. It mainly fell apart in the first place because we both got lazy.
I seem to already have a lot of support on this, both based on posts and polls, so it's likely we'd see a resurrection of this sometime in the near future. I also updated the first post with information on Movie Nights for those unfamiliar with what they are.

I see no question mark. Therefore, no question was asked. How can I answer something that isn't asked? :U

There aren't enough "events" to really have the need for one.

Can A Clockwork Orange be one of the movies shown one of these nights here? IT NEEDS TO BE.

Quite possibly. I believe it was on the list for the failed second season of movie nights, so it should have a good chance of being shown this time around.

Yes, there is. If we use the same one as we did last time, it would be found here. (http://www.livestream.com/nsfcd)
Was EEnE's Big Picture Show shown? I think I missed that night. I may have a movie or two if you're interested in a backup movie uploader.
