Between each set of clones, which of the choices do you prefer and why?
This is not a thread to argue that they're not clones, just go with the idea and choose between the options.

Mario/Luigi/Dr. Mario
Pikachu/Pichu
Capt. Falcon/Ganondorf
Fox/Falco
Marth/Roy

Ike is for sure not a clone but really another thread should be made for arguing this. Well...

Pichu, Luigi, Wolf, Falco, Lucas, and Ike for the most part of preferences. Mainly because I actually use them.

Ike=/=Marth. PERIOD. And Brawl Luigi=/=Brawl Mario.

Anyway, I haven't played 64 or Melee in a long time, but in terms of Brawl I prefer:
Ganondorf
Wolf
Ness

As for the Links, I pretty much play as them equally.

I like Mario/Luigi/DocMario. Mario and Luigi are good, Doctor Mario makes that set the best.

I wouldn't have a problem if Ike and Marth were even CLOSE to being alike.
