Title: Brand Loyalty
Post by: Macawmoses on May 01, 2010, 05:02:12 PM
Brands rule the world. McDonalds. Nike. Pepsi. You have undoubtedly heard of them, and likely have their products, or remnants, in your house. But which are you actually loyal to?

Allow me to highlight what counts: food brands, restaurants with a brand, sports teams, any branded product like a phone, and services (such as a phone plan).

I'd say I have a few brands that I'm incredibly loyal to.

The first is Adidas. I wear nothing else on my feet (socks and shoes), and I have a ton of track pants, hats, sweaters, shirts, etc. that are Adidas branded. Hell, my cologne and deoderant comes from them. The quality of the product itself just seems the best for what you pay, and when issues arise, they are great.

Nintendo is the next. Best customer service I have ever had - they've given me free DS' due to issues on their end, and, of course, their games are amazing.

The Edmonton Oilers are my team to watch - and I buy a poopload of products supporting them. But, that is all just good fun.

I can't think of any brands off the top of my head that I really favor over others or that I'm extremely loyal to. Though I did kinda prefer to get my electronic stuff at Circuit City if that counts. But yeah.

I'm very loyal to Nintendo. They've never done anything to lose me, so I continue buying their products.
Let's see...Sandisk also has my loyalty. Their music players are pretty good, and their microSD cards are usually fairly cheap.

I have more UnderArmour stuff than most people in the world,  so I guess that counts.

Coca-cola. I love it. Great company, great drinks.

Other than that, I don't really have preferences.

the few times I had to call them for what ever reason I get someone in the states and I can understand what they are saying, that's a big plus

This. Also, Oakland A's. I don't care how much their team sucks; going to one of their games is great fun for me, and the seats I've gotten have all been fantastic. Plus, their restaurant is <3.

I'm not heavily brand loyal, but if I buy a car in the future, it's definitely going to be a Hyundai...
had a good experience with the Elantra :3

I also like Degree deoderant...some of the best stuff I've ever had the pleasure of using to keep BO down.

Other than that I'm not super specific on what I buy.

I am only a loyalist to Vans, the best shoes ever, and A&W root beer, the greatest drink on Earth.

Well, besides Nintendo, no.  Everyone's just out to win your money; I'll give it to the company that makes the best deal.
