What is it that you want to see a remake or new series for? For the Wii, of course. There is already Zelda, Mario, and now Metroid will be having 4 games, if you include the Prime trilogy.
What I really want to see is a good Kirby game on the Wii. I always like the Kirby games, so I want a new one soon.

DKC/64 could use a reboot too.
Anything that isn't Mario/Zelda/Metroid/Pokemon.
Nintendo seems to be forgetting that they have a LOT of other franchises they should be making games of.
Kirby and Star Fox. I'd even take a crossover between the two at this point.

Star fox remake, yes. The lylat wars graphics could use a little brushing up.
Donkey Kong! The people behind Galaxy 2 should make a new DK platformer, some of those jungle levels look nice.
Well, it looks like we got our Kirby and Donkey Kong.
I'm still patiently waiting for either Star Fox or F-Zero.
Kirby's Epic Yarn has satisfied the Kirby Fanboy in me so much.
Donkey Kong Country Returns is a ballsy title, but it looks so badass.
Star Fox has a remake for the 3DS, which is at least a good sign of a possible future Star Fox game. A new one.
Kid Icarus was the Megaton Announcement of this year's E3.
The only classic that pulled a no show was F-Zero.
