NSFCD

Hello denizens of NSFCD! It is my pleasure to introduce to you the Olympic Contest Poll. Please vote for which 3 games you would like to see in the Olympics. Pacman, Pokemon, and Brawl are set in stone, but the other three are up to you.

After the first round of voting, MW2 and TF2 were pretty popular, so they're in. As for the last one, there were a lot of Other votes, so I've added the suggestions that had at least two mentions in this new poll. Please vote for three games.

Oh yeah, arcade games were mentioned a lot as an other game. We already have an arcade game in the form of Pacman. If you would like to have more kinds of Arcade games or something, I can work something out.

I can suggest Mario Kart, even though I don't know how many people here play it. If not a direct race, maybe see who has the best times in a time trial course or something.

I will edit this post when I get another idea. Just got a mind block.

RB2 is fine, but I need to clarify that we need to keep it non-DLC.

Other, being a Cube engine FPS game. It's free, so pretty much anyone can get it. If you don't know it, think along the lines of Quake. Or...... Audiosurf to a certain song? dunno

If I can find a way to play on LIVE, I'd join this thing. But w/e

I can play GH3 (lolwii... ;-;). Now that I've tweaked the TF2 settings, I can play it with minimal lag. If we're playing L4D, I could try and do the same for that as well. 360-wise, I could play MW2.

How about this, since we all have different systems and what not, instead of actually playing each other we choose one song for the contest, take a picture of the results, and highest score/percentage wins

I'd suggest Brawl.  Also, put it up on the NSFCD Youtube channel;  I'd like to see the matches.  Better yet, you can put any of these matches on the Youtube channel.

Brawl's already a contest. I think putting the contests on Youtube would be a great idea, but it would be up to you guys to do it.

I picked TF2, Starcraft, and Other.

For Other, I'd really like to see DDR. People go intercourse ing nuts with that.

L4D2 is the only one I chose, as it's the only one I really have the option of playing.
Wii games are out. PC  games are out.
Rock Band 2 would have to be Non-DLC only on Guitars.

I only own Guitar Hero 3...

I have GH3 for 360.  If we compare scores instead of directly playing each other I can compete.

Hell, Drums on RockBand is more of a competition

Mario Kart Wii... I don't get great results on trying to connect my Wii to Wi-Fi for that.. so I suggest maybe a ghost comparison again, you know, choose a random course, and whoever gets the best TT time on it wins?

Our three games are Team Fortress 2, Modern Warfare 2, and Mario Kart Wii. Thank you for your input.
