A live feed will be here. (http://e3.nintendo.com/)
So I heard we're hearing about Pokémon Black & White, as well as the "3DS". Does anyone know what else we'll be hearing about?
I think we can bet on Zelda Wii, MOM, and the new Mario game being there.
Also, will Pikmin 3 be on 3DS or Wii?
Yes, we need more DS'. The 7 we have now are just not enough I tell you!
9 AM? Fuck, that means I have to get up early.
9 AM PST? That's...12 PM EST, right?
I could make it.

Yup
Lucky for me, the 14th is my last day of classes. :) I would have been 40-50 minutes late if I still had school.
I'll miss more or less the entire thing, unless it's longer than three hours, thirty minutes. I have school until the bloody sixteenth.
I'd watch it, except with June 14 being my last day of classes, June 15 is my first day of regents exams. So I'll probably miss the entire thing.
Fuck... I have a class then...maybe. Depends on how quick I can get my lab done. It's a pain when the professor EXPLAINS THE LAB FOR FORTY MINUTES before letting you do it. I swear we'd all get done an hour early if he'd just shut the intercourse up.
I may only be a few minutes late. Depending. At least my cable has G4, so I can DVR it.
I'll just wait for the summary.
I have to write a final :|
Tuesday, huh? I think I can pull this off... I certainly hope so, anyway. I want to see Zelda and the 3DS ASAP!
Meh. DVR, FTW!
I'll probably miss the whole thing.
No plans, just will probably over sleep it or just not watch.
aw holy dumb intercourse i'm taking science final then. i want to hear about b/w. maybe they'll hint at that new enhanced wii rumored to come up soon.
DANGIT. I'm gonna be gone tomorrow from approximately 12 to 1. FROM TWELVE O'CLOCK PM EASTERN TIME TO ONE O'CLOCK PM EASTERN TIME. Is there seriously no other time I could have to do errands tomorrow?!?! >:(
I guess now I'll have to... *gulp* ...just read the articles afterwards. :O :(
15 hours remain until it begins.
Need something to pass the time... I know, a list!
Most looking forward to (or "realistically hoping for," since their lineup isn't officially revealed yet):
1. ZELDA WII
2. 3DS
3. Pokemon Black/White
4. Conduit 2 (if that's not reserved for SEGA's show)
5. Epic Mickey (if that's not reserved for Disney's show)
Honorable mention: Metroid Other M, Golden Sun
For Nintendo, but not by Nintendo: Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Conduit 2, Epic Mickey, Sonic 4, Sonic Colors (if it's even at E3)
Impractical hopes: non-portable StarFox (unless it's for 3DS), non-portable Kirby, a good DK game, anything F-Zero, Super Smash Bros. anything, Wii 2 (extremely unlikely)
I'm surprised no one's mentioned a new Kid Icarus yet.
Have people finally realized that it's not happening?
Nintendo doesn't really listen to the fans, and we all know that.
Anyway, I've got it recorded, and depending on how class goes I could get home on time. But these things start late anyway so I have a window I guess.
What I want to see:
1. Zelda...DUH
2. Golden Sun please. You showed it last year and then given us NOTHING. C'mon!
3. Some old franchise that hasn't gotten a release in forever. Remember Nintendo, you have other franchises besides the big four. Rumor is Retro making a DK game, but I'd like an F-Zero game to be honest.
4. 3DS, just to see what it is.
5. No intercourse ing gimmicks please. Just once I'd like to see a press show (besides the 3DS obviously) that wasn't waggle filled "ugh"-ness at some point.

There's no way you're getting number 5; this IS post-Gamecube era Nintendo we're talking about. However, I do have a feeling this year will be considerably more epic than the past years; in fact, I feel Nintendo may actually "win" E3 this year; heck, any year with good Zelda is a win for me.

I know, but I can hope. One of these years they're going to realize that they're trying to impress the guys who don't care about waggle at this event, and actually structure a show around that.
I have heard a rumor that they are announcing a new peripheral...
Oh, and F-Zero or Starfox would be nice.
*Waves Nintendo flag* I want to see very original titles already.
EDIT: *Waves flag faster*

Twenty minutes until it starts.
3DS
Kid Icarus Uprising
The Legend of Zelda: The Skyward Sword
Kirby's Epic Yarn
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn
The show's not over yet, but Nintendo has already won. This is beyond anything I could have expected. Bravo, Nintendo, you're back in business.
Only two games that weren't interesting at all, and FOUR revivals.
Congratulations Nintendo. You've reminded me why I'm proud to be a Nintendo fanboy.

Everything that happened:
1. LoZ: Skyward Sword
Looks ok. I have some problems with the visual designs, and the way it was handled on stage. "interference" my ass, we all know it's going to be VERY awkward the first time playing, and I wish they had actually shown a better clip. Doesn't look THAT exciting to be honest. Oh, and released in 2011? Plz, we know it's gonna get delayed to 2012...
2. Mario Sports Mix
Ugh... do we really need MORE sports mini-games on the Wii? Seriously? We had two Olympic games with Sonic, as well as two Wii Sports. I fail to see the point other than make money on the kids...
3. Wii Party
Hi cheap Mario Party knock-off, almost didn't recognize you there. (goes and plays Mario Party 2 instead)
4. Just Dance 2
No opinion, not my game, don't care
5. Golden Sun: Dark Dawn
Looks fun, but it REALLY shows how crappy the DS's graphics are. But hey, the game looks fun, so I'm still excited.
6. GoldenEye 007
For the love of god Activision, this better be good! One of my most cherished childhood games is getting a "sequel/remake/whatever". I want this now!
7. Epic Mickey
Looks...ok...I guess. Kind of looks like Rayman 2: The Great Escape but Disney-fied.
8. Kirby's Epic Yarn
I'll give it a try
9. Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies
Not a fan of the series, but wow a WHOLE YEAR to get over here? Jeez.
10. Metroid: Other M
"It has exploration!" Uh...where? PLEASE EXPLAIN! But it's the one game for the Wii (besides Goldeneye) meant for us gamers on the Wii. Looks good.
11. Donkey Kong Country Returns
Super Nintendo? In MAH Wii? It's more likely than you think!!
12. Nintendo 3DS (ANALOG STICK)
3D can be turned off. Win. Motion Controlls, suck. It has a analog stick. Win. But we didn't show anything besides one trailer. Boo.
13. Kid Icarus: Uprising
This took HOW LONG TO BE MADE!? But still, I'm happy Pit's back and they're using the Brawl model. And what's this? It looks like NiGHTS!? YES. OH, and the voice acting DOESN'T FUCKING SUCK. Nintendo, you're actually TRYING for once!
14. Nintendogs + cats
:| (plays my Tomagotchi from 1995 instead)
15. SHIT LOAD OF 3DS TITLES
THEY DIDN'T SHOW ANY OF THEM!!!
16. That kickass video of Reggie getting burned
THAT'S FOR E3 2008 YOU BASTARD!
Nintendo wins.
My opinions in bold.
Still better than Microsoft.

Ha, Nintendo surely annihilates the competition this time. I'm very excited for many of those games. :)

1. I meant for this year
2. Kirby, DK, and Epic Mickey are one of those "EVERYONE" type of games. Not that I'm complaining about DK, but I mean something that will actually make the other two jealous.
Nothing wrong with a game that truly everyone can play, because that includes the original fanbase of a series.

Exactly. "For everyone" means it would appeal to core and casuals alike, ala Super Mario Galaxy.
i missed for a intercourse ing science test. sounds like nintendo dominated though.
So they never did anything for black/white?

Nope; it's not even on Nintendo's E3 site, and they have freaking everything over there. I guess they just aren't showing it. I'm fine, though; we get enough from Serebii and Coro Coro.

I fixed that for you a bit.
Yeah, nintendo did quite a show this year. This is great especially compared to last year's extremist bad.
i hope that means black/white will be DS title.
I don't want to buy a new system yet.
They've said a billions times that Black and White are just DS.
Nintendo dominated everyone else this year.
Perhaps this was Nintendo's plan all along: jump onto casual motion control to skyrocket profits while hiding hardcore stuff to make people think this is their new face. Then, when Microsoft and Sony decide to let up on hardcore to suck out what little casualware Nintendo hasn't already absorbed, BAM!! Nintendo slams them in the back with a line-up better than the past 5 years combined! Microsoft and Sony are left paralyzed while Nintendo takes up the war on both fronts! Finally, with everyone confused by what the heck just happened, Nintendo unleashes the juggernaut: 3DS, a near-Gamecube power DS with Wii's motion and 3D that's better and cheaper than Sony's recent attempts (seriously, I can't afford a whole new 3D tv, Sony) with a massive/awesome line-up already having screenshots. Nintendo assumes it's rightful place as #1 First Party, more powerful than ever before. *chortles*

You must not pay attention. It's been confirmed for the DS since before the starters were released.

You sound like a Baseball Game Reporter.
So no Pikmin 3 this year?
Bummer.
I missed E3 due to the fact that I had to work, but meh.
I admit though Nintendo did a pretty good job this year.

Bummer.
There were Pikmin models at the 3DS demoing, so I would expect it to be eventually announced for 3DS.
After all we saw, I really don't care that Pikmin and F-Zero are still MIA.
And I see you finally got back to Eggplant Wizard avatars, Cornwad. I think the last time I saw that was when Brawl was new...
Nintendo is saving those for next year.
Actually, F-Zero in the 3D aspect would be AWESOME. GET ON IT!
Holy cow, they did good this year. Very pleasantly surprised.
Pikmin 3 is on the Wii. It's not surprising but confirmation is always nice.

So Skyward Sword had a problem in the show because the screen didn't work properly. Phew, what a relief.
"The Legend of Miyamoto: Skyward Wii Remote"
I'd buy a game like that. Imagine you moving a Japanese guy around the room to find a Wii Remote.

Screen? I thought they said there was too much infrared interference... nonetheless, the demo was an outside problem, not the game itself, so yes, that is relieving.

Oh, sorry. I think I focused on the Miyamoto joke more than the issue. :P
