- Womp (whatever those giant, flat, stone things are that fall on you)
- Wario (technically he's not really an enemy or whatever, but he's Mario's evil brother)
My list of least favorites:
- the tall, spike-ball things
- the red fish things
- those big, round, duck-looking things (they're cool, but they're annoying to deal with)

I like the Magikoopas, Lakitus and Shy Guys, mainly because of their roles in non-sidescrollers. I also like Boos, Portrait Ghosts, Bob-ombs, and Piranha Plants.
Not a big fan of Pokeys, generally don't like Goombas or Cheep Cheeps.

If we can add on big bosses, I add Bowser, Bowser Jr., King Boo, Petey Piranha, and Bogmire (2nd boss from Luigi's Mansion) to my "like" list and Wario, Waluigi, and Wart onto my "dislike" list.

Those things in SMS that have a duck bill and launch you into the air. The air launching is cool, but they're still annoying.
Those things they used to replace goombas in SMS.
Off topic, are the Chain Chomps in Galaxy still considered Chain Chomps? I like those too.

Waluigi, I'm almost positive he isn't blood related to Wario or Mario
I like Bloopers and Boos.
Bandits and Koopa Football Players are really annoying.
Chargin' Chuck is badass, I don't care what anyone says.
I intercourse ing HATE those little Goombas in SMB3 though, the ones that latch onto you.
The Koopa soccer players in Super Paper Mario are unique to me.
The Boomboxers in the same game, though annoying, are funny.
