In going through my library of games, I noticed several that really have not stood up the the years. At least to me, the original Kingdom Hearts has not aged well at least to me and I'm surprised even now that I beat it when it first came out. I really should try the new ones.
The original Metroid. Full stop.

Just watch SomeCallMeJohnny's review of Metroid 1. Yea, it doesn't hold up that well.
Surprisingly the games that haven't held up at all to me are the better GTA games. GTA3 and Vice City, while remarkable at the time, feel so bland and boring nowadays. Yea, using cheats to get everything and running amok is fun as always, but still...
Ok, they're still lightyears ahead of GTA4, but still...

Realism and the Euphoria engine really don't work when it comes to GTA.
Goldeneye.
It still looks...okay, but gosh darn the graphics don't look like they used to.
It was the blurriness and flat faces that makes it not age well. But at least the gameplay is good.
The original Ratchet and Clank.
Just not as awesome as the ones after it. Not even close.

Gameplay is still top notch, but the graphics that looked great back then just look silly now.
