Title: Organic lifestyle
Post by: phatyo on February 16, 2011, 11:43:04 PM
I recently got Netflix and was watching there amazing documentaries. One of them that caught my attention was Food INC. Let just say if I was president I would make sure every 9th grader would have to watch this movie and write a 2 page essay about there eating habits.
I highly suggest you watch that movie! And consider an organic food lifestye.
Be healthy guys :)

A problem with an organic lifestyle is that it's intercourse ing expensive.

My aunt and uncle do that, and they said they spend 6 dollars on a gallon of milk, vs. the 4.5 dollars we spend on it.

I call it "tenderizing". Babies may look fragile, but have you ever tried to eat bones? It's not the softest of materials.

But if everyone starts to buy organic the price will drop. Since companies wont have a choice but switch to organic products. And yes guys I'm trying to help you guys.

I remember that episode. Man, that was weird when I saw it.

Americans are very adamant about defending what they eat. Any legislation about removing certain dyes, preservatives, and methods would cause a media circus. Just like what happened with trans fats...

While very true, It would still be much more expensive than non-organic foods, as organicaly grown produce and other such things have a higher risk of being lost.

Well, to think about it, because my parents did this for a period of time, it isnt completely organic. like vegetables and fruit and stuff, still have pestacides on it, not completely organic along with the milks and stuff. Skim milk, it still has to go through a process to be skimed, thats not organic. Well, we made a garden, for fruits and vegetables, no pestacides or anything, and it came out perfect. Milk errh, yeah we still get that but the fruits and vegetables is actually better than anything store bought i've ever had.
