Look at the E3 update for America.
"I can now say that the North American launch date for Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been decided."
Keywords: North America
Look at Japan's.
No release date in that update, no trace of one!
Don't worry, Americans, you'll still get Brawl in Dec.
In case it isn't clear, the "delay" is only for Japan.
That makes a lot of sense, actually.
DUH!
Also, if you look at all the other countries, even the U.K...THEY HAVE NO RELEASE DATE UPDATE!
Only America does!
The TBD is for all the other countries!

Well if it's not being delayed, why would they change it to
"TBD" like that?
They should of left it alone... :-\

Because Japan's release date was announced, it's on gameFAQs. If it said one release date and not the other, it would get confusing. Also, most of the countries have no release date yet, so that just makes it more confusing to people.

People are confused enough as is..................
Well........ as long as it's not delayed...... I'll be happy...
53 MORE DAYS LEFT THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is that all your proof? Did you phone Nintendo? No!
So quiet. If it isn't delayed, they would have left it alone. RAWR! I can mind about a 1 week delay, but other then that...

Did you even f***ing read the entire thing?
Japan's release date was recently announced. Now, if there are 2 release dates, and one says the other, someone will get confused. Also, all the other countries have no release date, causing more confusion. See what I mean?

You can't just say "YOU DIDN'T PHONE NINTENDO PROOF INVALID"
Guess your write.
We wil have to see what happens.
The TBD
is for EVERYONE, otherwise, it would still say December 3rd, sakurai isn't an idiot.
face it, whether it's delayed, or coming out earlier, the release date more then likely isn't december 3rd.
I figured this out a long time ago.
It's as if you stole my discovery, even though you didn't.
Then why does it say TBD on the American one, when it was already confirmed?
If it isn't delayed, they would have left it alone.
They can change it if they want.
Notice how it says "TBD" instead of "December 3rd" now?

Wasn't Twilight Princess' release date official announced to come out in 2005 but then was delayed about a thousand times?
