whee poll time.

Anyway yeah, I'll type an assignment whenever I'm home (computer access yes), and I only handwrite things if it's a specific sheet to fill out, or if I'm doing it at school (computer access usually no).

I also use online textbooks, since I don't feel like taking home big, bulky textbooks. I'd rather leave 'em in my locker so I don't have to carry much home with me.

Yes I rely on my computer for everything.

I have my own laptop, so it'd be foolish for me not to.

Okay, it seems I should clarify.  I use it for anything besides math.

Hard to show your work as easily on math and engineering assignments unless they want electronic submissions.  And even then, just because you can punch some poop into Excel or draw something in AutoCAD or Solidworks, doesn't mean you understand the meaning behind what you're doing in the program.

That said, any writing assignment I insist on doing on the computer, as well as any tedious mathematics that aren't essential for an assignment but will speed things up if I do them.

Any English assignment, and some essays for other classes. Oh, and vocab.
I'll write out anything else.

99% of assignments, aside from things involving math.

My handwriting is nearly unreadable, almost to the point where I can't read it sometimes and I have to erase an entire problem or paragraph. I can write extremely neat, but it'd take me three times as long to complete an assignment. Typing things up takes merely 10-30minutes depending on the task at hand.

I'm not one for typing unless it's a requirement by the teacher.
But I'd prefer to write.

I only type when required. Usually my teacher only wants me to type out essays, even then I have to write it out first. And I use the school computer to type them out when I finish writing, so I almost never use my computer for homework.

My teacher usually wants me to write for the drafts, and then type for the finals.

Since the homework for two of my classes involve programming in some way...

For the ones that don't, though, I tend to use the internet as a source before checking my textbooks.

I type everything, more or less.
