If you say chances, please use percents. :) I think if there is a Capcom rep, it will be Megaman.

He could work as a character. However, his powers according to the others above me, seem to involve slowing down time. That attack seems more like an assisst trophy ability to me. Plus, Megaman is more likely and as were getting only a few third-party characters, it seems that it would go to the more influential.

Ok Joe is cool, but Rock Man is ol' school and has a higher chance IMO.
