Title: Best Way To Level Job/Character Level In FF3

My characters are all level 55

I also need to know the best equipment set for a Black Belt and Ninja.

In general, Black Belts should not have any weapons past level 10.
It's been a while since I've played FF3, but might I suggest putting this in the Epic Center board?
