Ok here we go
1. Set up your portals like this (http://i20.tinypic.com/2ep2epx.jpg) (wall portal should be slightly higher ;D)
2. From were I am in the picture run toworads the floor portal on your 2nd (maybe third, its when you are all motion blurred and hit near the right edge of the platform) jump right when you hit ground, this will propell you over to the ledge, grats on beating level 6.
