Title: Have you ever lost a game/memory card that was important to you?
Post by: bluaki on October 12, 2007, 09:27:34 PM
Well have you? I mainly mean a game that you were using frequently at the time when you lost it.

I just recently found my Japanese cartridge of Pokemon Diamond, which I lost on June 6 with 155 hours of play time on it. It was stuck in the shadows of my TV cabinet and under a black cord. It was my most frequently played game at the time and I still was playing it more than the English version.

Never lost a memory card, but my bros have deleted save data. When I was almost through PM:TTYD (to the point where I had to face the Shadow Queen or whatever her name is), one of my brothers deleted the data. And when I was almost through PMD, it got deleted...

I lost MK: DD!!, but then I found it. All scratched up, so I had to buy a new one. I lost Pokemon Sapphire for a few months, then found it while rearranging my room.

I've lost so many of my DS games. And several GBA games. I never lose GC or any disc's though. Final Fantasy 6, Nintendogs, Partners in Time and Mario Kart DS...those are my most missed games right now.  :(

Well, I always keep my games in one spot and in their cases with two exceptions:
1. I take it with me somewhere
2. My sister borrows it

I've actually lost Partners in Time from the second one, and I thought I lost Pocket Monsters Diamond when I went someplace, because going there was the last time I saw it. Turned out that my DS case thing was broken and the game slid out while in my television cabinet... ;_;

I once had a power cut while my GT3 file was saving. It completely screwed up the file, and it wouldn't load. The memory card just had it listed as "Corrupted Data".

It was at 78% too  :-[
