Well a certain poster (LuigiTendo) on NSider2 started a petition to get the demo for SSBB
He says he's posting it and sending it to Nintendo of America.
The petition has reached over 1,000 signatures but that doesn't mean we have to stop signing. ;)
So here's the link:
http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/SSBBDemo (http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/SSBBDemo)
Heh, I was the 1500th person to sign it.
Do we put our real names on it?
I signed. :P
Think it will work? And is this a demo for us to buy or download from the wii?
Well this is what it says on the petition:
There are three main ways to distribute the demo:
1. Wii Ware: the wii could be used to download the demo
2. Nintendo Online Store: nintendo could charge a small fee and sell the Demo discs online.
3. Nintendo Power: All subscribing members would get the disc in the December edition of Nintendo Power! This would be the most ideal way. Members pay a fee for their subscription and this would be a perk for their support plus Nintendo Power's Sales would SKYROCKET.

I'm pretty sure it does.
I'm not subscribed either so I'm hoping for Wii Ware.
Should I go get some PSUers to sign this? They are mad too.

I signed it. I hope lots of people sign it and Nintendo will listen. Then can't just expect us to be patient after this delay can they!?

You know, it's not THAT much of a long wait.... I mean...
If the game was being delayed like...Oct 2008, THEN........... OMG, THEN
a Serious petition should be made about a Demo.

Still I think that 10000 people wanting a demo would be enough of them to release a demo, don't you? Only 9000 more signatures! :P
How about no.
A demo ruins all of the exitement and it ruins all of the suprises of the game.
Demo's fail.

NOA will if they think it is big enough, but i bet nintendo was at least planning on doing what they did for mp3 or even a demo w/out the petition. either way, i signed =p
I signed too/
A Wii Ware demo, hopefully. I just renewed my subscription to Nintendo Power, though.
