Title: A problem with loading pages in Firefox...
Post by: bluaki on October 14, 2007, 08:00:25 PM
Well, when I clicked this thread: link (http://nsiderforums.net/index.php?topic=4680.0)
Firefox needed to load each image separately, so the page took like 2 minutes to load. I opened Opera so I could actually see the thread, and the page loaded in like 5-10 seconds. Is there anything I can do in Firefox to make it load the same way as Opera?
I actually like lots of Firefox extensions, so I don't really want to switch to a different browser unless those add-ons are somehow available on both.

It shouldn't be acting like that...I guess you could edit Firefox's setting via the about:config menu.  Go here (http://forevergeek.com/open_source/make_firefox_faster.php) for more info.
