Did Nintendo make these forums, or are they made by someone else? I'm having a strong feeling it's the latter.
They are not officially nintendo.
They are made by someone else ;). Since Nintendo took their forums down for what may be forever. Most of the people here though use to go to there though so its all good.

Nsider itself is gone forever, but there's a chance that Nintendo is currently making another forum.
